The page below displays a list of products and types of information requested by one or more of your customers. To respond for an individual product, click the ‘Respond’ button to open the response form. For items which are compositionally similar, you may use the multi select feature by checking the box next to two or more products then clicking the ‘Respond to All Selected’ button.

Please note the grid is filtered to display pending requests. Once information has been successfully submitted for a request type it will no longer display in the ‘Pending Requests’ column. Once all requests for a product have been successfully submitted the product will no longer display on the grid.
